I have been on a long journey of self-discovery myself. In my twenties, I struggled with anxiety mainly created by my own struggle to be perfect, to prove myself. Of course, I am just human but at that age I wanted to be superhuman as I climbed the corporate ladder and followed the socially accepted rules set forth in my life. This only drove me to a downward spiral of unfulfilled emotional and spiritual dreams. Although I was successful in my career, this large stress mounted in a very undesirable way. I was unhappy, snappy, on an edge and had a great amount of unneeded stress and anxiety. But with determination that I could not fail, I seek help with weekly counseling therapy until I found one of my main teachers and mentor. She used what now is the rREST technique which I now use with my clients. I started to change my undesirable behaviors to being more present and focused. I built emotional resilience and control. Friends and family started to notice the changes making me feel not only accomplished but also happy that people could see my true self. As years went on, I continued this inner work and found a deep desire to help people’s life have a meaningful transformation. Ten years later after much intense training in Hypnotherapy, Positive Mind Coaching, rRest and Emotion Code, I am here working with clients wanting to help them create a profound impact in their lives. Now that I have a family and understand how important our actions and emotions influence people, particularly children, I want to help people and families make a positive change in their own lives. My focus is the wellbeing of every individual from every aspect of life.
As a mother and wife, I can relate to the home and working pressures people have that can prevent you from performing at your best. I lost my father for reasons that could have been prevented. Lifestyle choices and stress played a big role on his health. The techniques I used and teach my clients have helped hundreds of people improve their lives and now they live their life on purpose being present, efficient and compassionate. I am bilingual, 100% fluent in English and Spanish. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, running, cycling and swimming. I believe that health starts with the food we put in our bodies. How we treat ourselves and our bodies impact our emotional and physical performance immensely and also our interactions with people.
